About The Owner's Team
The Owner's Team started several years ago on the basis of always doing what is "right for the owner". As the founders we knew that was the only way it would work in the future.\n\nMany owners and corporations have in the last few years, jettisoned their consulting and senior project management staff to keep costs down as project load fluctuated up and down. Additionally, in the entire marketplace senior engineers and project management have left the marketplace or retired and young consulting and project managers just don't have the experience, just yet! They ARE going to get there with our help!
To that point, The Owners Team was set up to assist the owner or corporation with capital projects… from early concept all the way through to operational readiness. To start a capital project with a budget and a schedule that actually true and lets you stand in front of your Board of Director's knowing that you are stating what is ACTUALLY going to happen, instead of hoping it will happen.

Conceptual design, preconstruction, scheduling, procurement, process flow, equipment selection, construction methods and sequencing, commissioning, qualification, validation and everything required to meet operational readiness.

Our goal is to assist the owner and help mentor their staff at the same time. We have projects as short as one week to several years. We are dedicated to helping the client and their staff be successful and mentoring at every step along the way!
